Abstract: Farmer cooperative organizations in Taiwan play one role to promote the development of Taiwan agriculture and become one of the characteristics of agricultural modernization. This paper summarized some kinds of farmer’s cooperative organizations in Taiwan from the characters, structure, functions. The aim is to to bring reference to the organizations in main land.
