Abstract: In this paper, the laws and regulations system of Taiwan leisure agriculture were briefly elaborated from the aspects of special regulations and other related regulations. Furthermore, the analysis on the characteristics of the laws and regulations system of Taiwan leisure agriculture indicated that the laws and regulations system exhibited three characteristics, that is, clear law concepts, comparatively perfect special regulations and a strongly supported external environment. Finally, based on the above-mentioned characteristics, the illuminations on the development of mainland leisure agriculture were put forward.
