Abstract: Under the impetus of implementation of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), crossstrait agricultural products trade will be further expanded. However, the development of mainland coldchain logistics is lagging relatively, which made agricultural products lose seriously in the circulation and hinder the further development of crossstrait agricultural trade. The development levels of crossstrait coldchain logistics are different, but they have the same stronger complementary. To ensure the better and faster development of crossstrait agricultural products trade, both sites should build coldchain logistics system through constructing coldchain logistics mode based on supply chain, integrating the crossstrait coldchain logistics resources, building crossstrait coldchain logistics information platform，researching and developing coldchain logistics technology, and training coldchain logistics talents together.
