摘要: 在当今区域经济一体化加速发展的新形势下，促进闽台农业经济一体化的实现，具有十分重要的意义。ECFA实施催化区域经济整合，促使两岸农业深入合作，其中闽台农业合作加速明显。福建现代农业转型和台湾农业经济纾困，将后ECFA时代闽台农业经济一体化的构想提上了战略高度。闽台农业经济一体化的战略规划根源于闽台农业间存在的要素互补性、产业梯度性、共同市场溢出效应，以及制度对共同利益的诉求，因此战略规划具体集中体现于资源配置一体化、产业发展一体化、产品市场一体化及政策制度一体化。Abstract: Nowadays, promoting economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan has fundamental significance in the new situation of regional economy integration.Under the implementation of ECFA, regional economic had integrated, the cooperation of agriculture on both sides was enhanced, especially the agriculture cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan was accelerated obviously.The idea on agricultural economics integration between Fujian and Taiwan in the postECFA Era was put on the strategic height.The strategic planning of agricultural economics integration between Fujian and Taiwan was rooted in the elements complementarity, the industry gradient, the spillover effects of Common Market and the demand of the system for common interest, so the strategic planning was specifically reflected in the allocation of resources integration, industry development integration, product marketing integration and policy system integration.
