Abstract: In order to promote the development of agriculture and achieve industrialization earlier, Taiwan chose to enforce land reform.Based on this, “agriculture supporting industry” policy was implemented in Taiwan, and industrialization development was achieved successfully.This policy had farreaching influences, including supplying a lot of cheap grains and raw materials for cities and industry, accumulating huge original funds and abundant labor for industry, and exploiting immense domestic market for industrial products.
