Abstract: This study presents a detailed introduction of the strengthening managements on the rural collective funds, assets and resources and the relevant achievements in Tong’ an District during recent years. The suggestions are provided as to the current management of funds, assets and resources. The author shows that keeping pace with times, carrying out specific clearance, summarizing experiences and methods in time are key to the solution of funds, assets and resources management, and effective measures to not only improve the supervision mechanisms of funds, assets and resources management and but also enhance the construction of Party style and a clean and honest rural administration.
