Abstract:  Based on the significant archaeological discovery of “Qihe Cave” and the special tourism resources exploitation in Xianghu Town, Zhangping City, Fujian Province, how to accelerate the development of special tourism in Xianghu Town. was analyzed and studied in this paper. Then the corresponding developing strategies and solutions to realize the sound and fast economic development in the mountainous regions was also proposed.
