Abstract: The fundamental reasons of the conflict on the farmers’ land rights in agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan was outlined in this article. Combined with the basic situations, the paper elaborates on the concrete performance of the conflict on the farmers’ land rights in agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Finally, the authors put forth the relative countermeasures to effectively protect the farmers’ legal land rights during the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
