Abstract: Technology exchange market is the main channel for the science and technology achievements transformation.As a place gathering a large number of high-quality projects, it plays a role of bridge and link between the supply and demand sides of the scientific and technological resources.The main tasks of the technology exchange market are to put the science and technology achievements to the market and build an effective platform to upgrade the technology and products of enterprises.Taking Fujian technoogy trading market for instance, this paper discusses the impact of technology exchange market on sci-tech staff servicing enterprises from its function and characteristics.Further, it is proposed that the establishment of innovative system and the development of the West Coastal Economic Zone across Taiwan Straits can be promoted via the improving the construction of Fujian technology trading market and implementing the action of Fujian sci-tech staff servicing enterprises.
