Abstract: With the plan about mobilizing technical personnel to serve enterprises issued jointly by central government departments and organizations, “technological support, organize and mobilize the technical personnel to serve enterprises” has become the common responsibility for all levels of departments and organizations to promote fast and steady economic development.As the main body of innovation, the enterprise science association playes an important role on the enterprise development and technological progress.In this paper, a series of work and activities carried out by the association were studied and analyzed, and the successful experience and practices were summerized in order to provide reference and help for promoting scientific and technological personnel serving enterprise.
