Abstract: For the purpose of coping with the international financial crisis and strengthening the competitiveness of business and industry, China has been mobilizing the scientific and technical personnel to serve enterprises.Many successful experiences and models are emerging and developing, which mainly include: scientific and technical personnel stationed in business model, innovative platform for open sharing model, the win-win pattern of university-enterprise cooperation, the project technical exhibition docking mode, and professional technology association modes.
