  • 摘要: 摘要：提出了科技人员激励因素研究的指标体系并对其进行了可操作性的细化，并在此基础上结合网络层次分析法（ANP）研究了激励科技人员的各项因素的权重，即各项因素在对于科技人员激励作用的重要性顺序。

     

    Abstract: An Indexes System about the motivator for technology personnel is discussed and the manipulation refinement is made.Based on this，the weight of the motivators is calculated with the ANP (analytic network process) method for the purpose of giving an order of the importance on the incentive for technology personnel.
