Abstract: According to the status in Fujian province, with results, problems and experience from the pratice of deepening scientific and technical personnel serving company in Fujian Science and Technology Advisory Services Center, a feasible program was prososed for perfecting the technology transfer and the network organizational mechanisms of technology innovation, in order to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and build technology innovation platform.
