摘要: 福州市政府认真组织开展科技人员服务企业活动，积极动员和组织科技人员服务企业，充分发挥其在“产学研用”合作中的桥梁和纽带作用。该从总结了福州市科技人员服务企业的现状，并从强化部门协调联动、开展科技服务能力情况摸底和企业需求调查、解决科技企业资金困难和构建科技人员服务企业有效载体等方面提出了福州市促进科技人员服务企业的有关对策。Abstract: Fuzhou government has organized the activities of scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and mobilized scientific and technical personnels to serve enterprises and engage in the industry-academy-reseach cooperation.This article summarized the satus of Fuzhou scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and proposed some countermeasures about it from following aspects: to strengthen department coordination; to survey technology service capability and business needs, to resolve funds shortage of the technological enterprise, to build an effective carrier of scientific and technical personnel serving enterprise.
