Abstract: Fuzhou government has organized the activities of scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and mobilized scientific and technical personnels to serve enterprises and engage in the industry-academy-reseach cooperation.This article summarized the satus of Fuzhou scientific and technical personnels serving enterprises and proposed some countermeasures about it from following aspects: to strengthen department coordination; to survey technology service capability and business needs, to resolve funds shortage of the technological enterprise, to build an effective carrier of scientific and technical personnel serving enterprise.
