中国农业数字化转型效果评价、区域差异与影响因素研究

Evaluation of Effectiveness, Regional Disparities, and Influencing Factors of Digital Transformation in Chinese Agriculture

    目的/意义 为把握农业数字化转型的发展态势与区域分化特征,厘清转型实践中影响机制不明确等问题,推动传统农业向智能化、数字化方向发展。
    方法/过程 基于熵权-TOPSIS法和Dagum基尼系数对2014—2023年中国各省份农业数字化转型效果进行测度,分析中国农业数字化转型的区域差异,并运用地理探测器模型分析其主要影响因素。
    结果/结论 结果表明:(1)中国农业数字化转型整体呈现稳定上升趋势,但增长幅度较为缓慢;(2)区域间存在明显差距,农业数字化转型不平衡;(3)地区经济发展水平、教育支出水平及对外开放水平是主要影响因素;各因素之间的交互作用表明农业数字化转型空间分异是各个因素共同作用的结果。基于以上研究结论,应健全农业数字化基础设施并激发农户转型动力;加强东中西区域协同,通过共享资源缩小差距;强化多维应用机制,实现农业数字化均衡发展。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective/Meaning  The study aimed to grasp the development trend and regional differentiation characteristics of agricultural digital transformation, clarify the problems such as unclear influence mechanism in the transformation practice, and promote the development of traditional agriculture in the direction of intelligence and digitization.
    Methods/Procedures  Based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and Dagum Gini coefficient, the effect of agricultural digital transformation in various provinces of China from 2014 to 2023 was measured and analyzed. Then, the regional differences of agricultural digital transformation in China were analyzed, and the geographical detector model was used to analyze its main influencing factors.
    Results/Conclusions The results showed that: (1) The overall agricultural digital transformation in China demonstrated a steady upward trend, but the growth rate was relatively slow; (2) There was a clear gap between regions, and the digital transformation of agriculture was unbalanced; (3) The level of regional economic development, the level of education expenditure and the level of opening up to the outside world were the main influencing factors. The interaction among various factors showed that the spatial differentiation of agricultural digital transformation was the result of the interaction of various factors. Based on the above research conclusions, it was necessary to improve the agricultural digital infrastructure and stimulate the transformation motivation of farmers; strengthen the coordination among the eastern, central and western regions, and narrow the gap through resource sharing; and strengthen the multi-dimensional application mechanism to achieve the balanced development of agricultural digitalization.
