Abstract: This paper summarized the current situation about “Two against Two guarantees” of our country encountering, analyzed the characteristics of anti-dumping encountered in China.And the reasons for “Two against Two guarantees” of our country encountering were analyzed from the environment of international trade, the company′s own internal business problems and the misunderstanding for “Two against Two guarantees”. Meanwhile, the response measures were put forward.
