基于生活美学产业视角的台湾精品民宿经营模式探讨

Study on Business Model of Boutique Homestays in Taiwan from the Perspective of Life Aesthetics Industry

  • 摘要: 在生活美学产业的视角下,以缓慢民宿、老英格兰庄园和卓也小屋为对象,结合经营模式要素模型,对台湾地区精品民宿的经营模式进行个案分析。研究表明:台湾地区精品民宿经营模式充分展现了生活美学产业的核心内涵与典型特征,民宿经营者将独特的经营理念传递给目标客户群,将美学元素融入经营要素之中,构建出台湾地区精品民宿的经营模式,这对大陆蓬勃发展的民宿业具有极其重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In the perspective of life aesthetics industry, the case analysis on the business model of boutique homestays in Taiwan was conducted by taking the Adagio, the Old England Manor and Joye Cottage as research objects and combining with the theoretical model of business models. The research showed that the business model of boutique homestays in Taiwan has fully demonstrated the core connotation and typical characteristics of life aesthetics industry, and the operators of homestays have passed the unique business concept to the target customer base and also integrated the aesthetic elements into the business elements, thus to build the business model of boutique homestays in Taiwan. It would provide important reference value for the vigorous development of the homestay industry in the Chinese mainland.
