闽台农业职业人才培育视角下产教融合的实践与创新探索以福建农业职业技术学院为例

Practice and Innovative Exploration of the Production-education Integration from the Perspective of the Cultivation of Agricultural Professional Talents in Fujian and TaiwanA Case Study of Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture

    目的/意义 聚焦闽台农业职业教育产教融合建设的人才培养现状展开研究,以期为促进闽台农业职业教育与产业需求的紧密结合,提高闽台农业职业教育的质量和水平,完善闽台农业职业教育体系,推动闽台农业职业教育的可持续发展提供参考。
    方法/过程 以农业职业技术教育产教融合的闽台合作实践与创新探索建设为重点,通过梳理产教融合发展的现实困境与面临的挑战,提出闽台产教融合下农业职业人才培育的路径与发展策略。
    结果/结论 结果显示,闽台农业职业人才培育面临校企价值诉求差异、人才供需脱节、多元主体权责不清及政治交流障碍等挑战。为此,提出构建“需求导向、双元育人、平台支撑、集团协同”融合体系,通过平台驱动、机制创新、载体升级和组织重构四维度协同推进,实现人才供给与产业需求的深度耦合,支撑区域农业现代化。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective/Meaning This study focused on the current situation of talent training in the integration of production and education in agricultural vocational education in Fujian and Taiwan, in order to provide reference for promoting the close combination of agricultural vocational education and industrial demand in Fujian and Taiwan, improving the quality and level of agricultural vocational education in Fujian and Taiwan, perfecting the agricultural vocational education system in Fujian and Taiwan, and promoting the sustainable development of agricultural vocational education in Fujian and Taiwan.
    Methods/ Procedures By focusing on the cooperative practice and innovative exploration and construction of Fujian-Taiwan cooperation in the integration of production and education in agricultural vocational and technical education, the practical difficulties and challenges faced by the integration of production and education were sorted out. Then, the path and development strategies for cultivating the agricultural vocational talents under the integration of production and education in Fujian and Taiwan were put forward.
    Results/Conclusions The results showed that the cultivation of agricultural professional talents in Fujian and Taiwan faced the challenges such as the differences in school-enterprise value demands, disconnection between talent supply and demand, unclear rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects, and obstacles in political communication. Therefore, the countermeasures were put forward to build the integration system with“demand orientation, dual-system education, platform support, and group collaboration”. Through the four-dimensional collaborative promotion of platform-driven, mechanism innovation, carrier upgrading and organizational reconstruction, the deep coupling between talent supply and industrial demand could be realized, thus to support the regional agricultural modernization.
