农民合作社何以实现数字化转型?基于浙江省多案例的实践逻辑考察

Understanding the phenomenon of Digital Transformation in Farmers’ Cooperative——Evidence from Zhejiang, China

    目的/意义 农民合作社作为新型农业经营主体之一,其数字化转型关系到农业数字化发展程度。然而,现有研究对农民合作社如何实现数字化转型的关注尚显不足。该研究旨在拓展农民合作社数字化转型的过程理论,为相关政策制定与实践推进提供理论参照。
    方法/过程 文章基于SACIP理论框架,采用多案例研究方法,系统剖析农民合作社数字化转型的内在逻辑与驱动机制。
    结果/结论 研究发现,农民合作社数字化转型呈现出空间延伸、主体驱动、渐进选择与收益导向的复合实践逻辑;转型的依存条件依次为领导能力、政策支持与市场需求,实践困境主要表现为资金不足、技术不成熟与人才匮乏。

     

    Abstract: Farmers’ cooperatives, as one of the new agricultural operating entities, are an effective carrier of agricultural digital transformation, and their digital transformation is of great significance in promoting the overall agricultural digital development, however, existing studies have paid less attention to how farmers’ cooperatives realize digital transformation. Based on the SACIP theoretical framework, this paper utilizes a multi-case study approach to explore the process and mechanism of digital transformation in farmers’ cooperatives. The results show that the digital transformation of farmers’ cooperatives presents a practical logic of spatial extension, subject-driven, gradual-selection and benefit-directed; The driving factors for the digital transformation of farmers’ cooperatives are, in order, cooperative leaders, government policies, and market demand, while the hindrance factors are, in order, lack of funds, immature technology, and lack of high-quality technical personnel. This study enriches the research on the process of digital transformation of farmers’ cooperatives and provides an effective theoretical reference for the digital transformation of farmers’ cooperatives.
