Development Strategies of Jiazhou Island Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone in Yunxiao County Based on SWOT Analysis

      目的/意义  现代农业示范区是使农业产业具备信息化、规模化、高科技化和高效益化的新型农业发展载体。国家现代农业示范区是区域农业发展的重要组成部分,分析其发展问题与对策建议,为促进漳州现代农业示范区发展稳中向好提供参考。
      方法/过程  运用SWOT分析法对佳洲岛现代农业示范区的发展路径进行深入分析,明晰示范区的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,并据此提炼发展策略。
      结果/结论  基于SWOT分析,提出:发挥当地资源禀赋,积极争取政府扶持;强化基础设施建设规划,提升空间布局科学性;加强科学技术培训,引进高素质人才;注重推广宣传,打造特色品牌;强化运营模式,增强服务职能;促进三产融合,共创“三新”等建议,为保持佳洲岛现代农业示范区长效稳定发展提供策略参考。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective/Meaning  The modern agriculture demonstration zone was a new type of agricultural development carrier that enabled the agricultural industry to have informatization, large scale, high technology and high efficiency. The national modern agriculture demonstration zone was an important part of the regional agricultural development. The analysis of its development problems and countermeasures could provide reference for promoting the stable and sound development of the Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone in Zhangzhou.
      Methods/Procedures  By using the SWOT analysis method, the development path of Jiazhou Island Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone was deeply analyzed, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the Demonstration Zone were clarified, and the development strategies were extracted accordingly.
      Results/Conclusions  Based on the SWOT analysis results, the following recommendations were proposed to maintain the sustainable development of Jiayu Island Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone. It is recommended to give full play to the local resource endowment and actively strive for government support, to strengthen scientific and technological training and introduce high-quality personnel, to pay attention to promotion and create distinctive brands, to strengthen the operating model and enhance the service function, to promote the integration of three industries, and to co-creating new technologies, new forms of business, and new business models.
