Abstract:
Objective/Meaning By taking Fujian Province as the comprehensive pilot province of national ecological compensation as an opportunity, the ecological compensation standard of cultivated land was studied, and a feasible ecological compensation mechanism of cultivated land was established to provide policy support for the protection of the trinity of quantity, quality and ecology of cultivated land resources.
Methods/Procedures Based on the equivalent factor method, the ecosystem service value of Fujian Province and its cities was calculated by using the coefficient correction, and then the ecological compensation standard of Fujian Province and its cities was determined.
Results/Conclusions In 2018, the service value per unit area of cultivated land ecosystem in Fujian Province was 3315.29 yuan/hm2, with a total value of 17.502 billion yuan. The spatial aggregation of ecological service value was relatively stable; in 2018, the total amount of cultivated land ecological compensation in Fujian Province was 219.4 million yuan. The ecological compensation system of cultivated land in Fujian should be inclined to the cities such as Nanping, Sanming with high ecological compensation intensity, and the cities enjoying the cultivated land ecology should pay compensation for the cultivated land ecology. The research results had certain reference function for the establishment of cultivated land ecological compensation mechanism in Fujian Province, and could provide reference for the measurement and determination of the ecological compensation standards of regional cultivated land.
