Objective/Meaning  The analysis was carried out in this paper from the aspects including the subjects of rural construction, the rural civilization and the cultural space, hoping to protect and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, and empower the rural revitalization with digital techniques.

  Methods/Procedures  By using the method of data analysis, the current situation, advantages and existing difficulties of “digital techniques supported agriculture” were analyzed through consulting the relevant academic literature, the government’s policy reports and the data of enterprises. Then, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.

  Results/Conclusions  The results showed that the organic integration of the new model of “short video + live broadcast” digital techniques supported agriculture with the modern rural areas was necessary to stimulate the internal driving force of rural revitalization through multiple channels, including strengthening the digital infrastructure, revitalizing the rural cultural space, improving the media literacy, and cultivating the subjects of rural revitalization, etc.
