Influencing Factors and Promotion Paths on Talent Training of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality in Universities

      目的/意义  “双碳”人才培养是一项开放性的复杂巨系统,系统、全面考量“双碳”人才培养的影响因素对提升“双碳”人才培养实效具有重要意义。
      方法/过程  生态系统理论为系统性梳理“双碳”人才培养的影响因素提供了全局性新颖视角。通过该理论的微系统、中系统、外系统和宏系统对“双碳”人才培养的影响因素进行具象考量。
      结果/结论  构建出生态系统理论行为模型,并以福建省部分高校师生为调查对象,提取师生对高校开展“双碳”人才培养的态度认知,最终提出人才培养实效提升的三条推进路径。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective/Meaning  Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality (hereinafter referred to as the CPCN) talent training is a complex project. It is of great significance to systematically and comprehensively consider the influencing factors of the CPCN talent training to improve the effectiveness of the talent training.
      Methods/Procedures  Ecological System Theory provides an overall and novel perspective for the systematic study of the influencing factors of CPCN talent training. We investigate the influencing factors of CPCN talent training through the Microsystems, Mesosystem, Exosystem, Macrosystem of Ecosystem System Theory.
      Results/Conclusions  The model of talent training was constructed according to the influencing factors specifically considered through Ecosystem System Theory. At the same time, the study further takes teachers and students of some universities in Fujian Province as the survey object to investigate their attitude and cognition of CPCN talent training, and finally proposes three promotion paths for improving the effectiveness of talent training.
