摘要:
目的/意义 校园绿地作为城市绿地系统的组成部分，有着改善校园生态环境和为师生及游客提供交流与游玩场所的作用。
方法/过程 以福建农林大学金山校区为例，采用问卷调查和运用行因子分析法、IPA分析法等，探讨师生及游客等对福建农林大学金山校园的期望值和满意度的评价。
结果/结论 结果表明：师生及游客对福建农林大学的总体满意得分为4.666，游客满意度略大于期望值；对于内外部交通、指引标识等因素需要大力的完善建设，观音湖、中华名特优植物园等需要继续保持和发展建设。

Abstract:
Objective/Meaning As a part of urban green space system, the green space in campus plays an important role in improving the ecological environment of campus and providing the places for teachers, students and tourists to communicate with each other and enjoy entertainment.
Methods/Procedures By taking Jinshan Campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, the expectations and satisfaction evaluation of teachers, students and tourists on Jinshan Campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University were explored by using the methods of questionnaire survey, factor analysis and IPA analysis.
Results/Conclusions The results showed that the overall satisfaction score of teachers, students and tourists to Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University was 4.666, which was slightly higher than expected. For the factors such as the internal and external traffic, guidance signs, etc., they needed to be vigorously improved and constructed; and the places such as Guanyin Lake, Chinese Famous and Special Botanical Garden needed to be maintained and developed.
