In fact, these modes had advantages and disadvantages, and they could not maximize the labor utility of fresh food distribution enterprises. However, the successful experience of the partnership system adopted by Yonghui Superstores was worth learning from. Therefore, the countermeasures were put forward including promoting the partnership system to form the community of interests between enterprises and employees, strengthening the training of employee’s skill and professionalization level, doing a good job in human resource reserve to reduce the risk of personnel turnover, and regulating the employment to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, etc.
