Abstract:
Objective/Meaning Family farms were one of the important force for the strategy of rural revitalization, and the talent training was critical to their high-quality development. Based on the field investigation, the evaluation index system for the talent training on family farms was constructed, and the problem of insufficient research on the talent training of family farms was solved, thus to provide some countermeasures for improving the level and effect of talent training on family farms.
Methods/Procedures Based on Brinkerhoff model, the evaluation index system for the talent training of family farms based on 6 dimensions was constructed in this paper. The method of questionnaire survey was used to investigate the talent training of 50 family farms in Fuzhou, and then the descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the results.
Results/Conclusions The results showed that the mean values of 17 indicators and the average comprehensive scores were all between 3 and 4 points, indicating that there was still room for the improvement in the talent training of family farms in Fuzhou. From the perspective of trainees, some training programs needed to be strengthened in terms of the perception of immediate result, the transfer and application of training results, and the subsequent influence of training. Therefore, some suggestions were put forward including strengthening the analysis of training needs to improve the pertinence of training, strengthening the linkage between online and offline to improve the design of training content, in-depth understanding the actual situation of farms to improve the effectiveness of training, giving full play to the leading role of demonstration farms to promote the talent training, and appropriately extending the special training time to optimize the training of teachers.
