闽台高等教育与经济发展的灰色关联分析及启示

Grey Relational Analysis of Tertiary Education and Economic Development in Fujian and Taiwan and Its Enlightenment

      目的/意义  闽台地缘相近,借鉴并吸取台湾地区高等教育推动区域经济发展的成功经验与教训,对于福建省通过优化高等教育推动区域经济高质量发展有重要意义。
      方法/过程  选取高等教育与经济发展互动的评价指标,以2005—2020年闽台两地指标数据为分析数据,采用灰色关联分析法和多元回归模型探究高等教育与经济发展之间的互动关系。
      结果/结论  研究发现:闽台高等教育与经济发展之间具有较强的相互影响关系;闽台高等教育与经济发展的互动关系存在明显差异性;福建省经济发展速度高于高等教育发展速度。最后提出推动高等教育与区域经济深度融合、推动高等教育与区域经济长效发展等对策。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective/Meaning  Fujian and Taiwan are geographically close. It is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of tertiary education and economic development in Fujian to actively learn from and absorb the successful experiences and lessons of the coordinated development of tertiary education and economy in Taiwan.
      Methods/Procedures  This study firstly constructed the evaluation index system of tertiary education and economic development, and then selected the index data of Fujian and Taiwan during 2005—2020 to explore the relationship between tertiary education and economic development by using grey relational analysis and multiple regression model.
      Results/Conclusions  The results showed that: there is a strong interaction between tertiary education and economic development in Fujian and Taiwan; there are obvious differences in the interaction between tertiary education and economic development in Fujian and Taiwan; the speed of economic development in Fujian province is higher than that of tertiary education. Accordingly. This study put forward countermeasures to promote the deep integration of tertiary education and regional economy and promote the long-term development of tertiary education and regional economy.
