乡村地区研学旅行者人格特质对参与度的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Travelers’ Personality Traits on Their Participation of Study Travel in Rural Areas

      目的/意义  乡村研学旅行是推动乡村振兴的新动力。中学生人格特质与其研学旅行的参与程度具有一定联系,明确两者间的关系对研学旅行的发展具有一定的指导意义。
      方法/过程  以晋江市某研学实践基地参与研学旅行的某校初一学生为调查对象,通过文献梳理、实地调研,采用问卷调查的方式获取相关数据,并借助SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析,探索中学生不同的人格特质与研学旅行参与度之间的关系。
      结果/结论  因子分析结果表明中学生研学旅行参与度包括3个维度,即行为参与、认知参与和情感参与。人格特质对中学生研学旅行参与度的逐步回归分析的结果显示:大五人格理论中的外倾性、宜人性、严谨性和开放性对研学旅行的行为参与呈正向影响,神经质对研学旅行的行为参与的影响并不显著;严谨性和开放性对研学旅行的认知参与呈正向影响,神经质对研学旅行的认知参与呈负向影响;外倾性和宜人性对研学旅行的情感参与呈正向影响,神经质对研学旅行的情感参与呈负向影响。据此从提高学生行为参与、认知参与及情感参与等方面提出相关建议。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective/Meaning  The study travel in rural areas is a new driving force to promote the rural revitalization. There is a certain relationship between the personality traits of middle school students and their participation in the study travel. It has a certain guiding significance for the development of study travel to clarify the relationship between the two.
      Methods/Procedures  In this paper, the first grade middle school students who participated in the study travel in a research practice base in Jinjiang City were selected as the investigation objects. The relevant data were obtained through literature review, field investigation and questionnaire survey, and with the help of SPSS 22.0 software for the data analysis, the relationship between different personality traits of middle school students and their participation in the study travel was explored.
      Results/Conclusions  The results of factor analysis showed that the participation of middle school students in the study travel included three dimensions: behavioral participation, cognitive participation and emotional participation. The results of the stepwise regression analysis of personality traits on the participation of middle school students in study travel showed that: the extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness of the big five personalities had positive effects on the behavioral participation of study travel, while the neuroticism had no significant effect on the behavioral participation of study travel; conscientiousness and openness had positive effects on the cognitive participation of study travel, while the neuroticism had negative effect on the cognitive participation of study travel; extraversion and agreeableness positively affected the emotional participation of study travel, while the neuroticism negatively affected the emotional participation of study travel. Accordingly, some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving the students’ behavioral participation, cognitive participation and emotional participation.
