福建山区特色农产品产业现状及发展建议以明溪淮山为例

Present Situation and Development Suggestions of Characteristic Agricultural Products Industry in Mountainous Areas of Fujian ProvinceA Case Study of Mingxi Yam

      目的/意义  山区优势特色资源的开发是农业农村现代化和乡村全面振兴的坚实基础,分析福建山区特色农产品产业发展问题与解决对策,有助于推进福建山区农业的可持续性发展,推动乡村振兴行稳致远。
      方法/过程  以福建山区特色农产品明溪淮山为研究对象,运用实地调研法,综合分析该产业现状及产业发展的影响因素,提出针对其产业发展的对策建议。
      结果/结论  研究发现:随着县域产业竞争优势提升,淮山产业发展基础夯实、产业发展质量与带动力增强,良种供应能力与科技发展水平提升,淮山产业得到快速发展;但还存在着传统的栽培经营方式落后,淮山全产业链窄、短、断,利益联结机制不紧密,市场营销机制不健全,品牌辨识度低等问题。基于此,提出提升产业发展质量,明确发展定位;完善产业利益联结机制;提升龙头企业示范带动能力;加快市场流通速度以及推进农产品品牌建设等建议。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective/Meaning  The development of dominant characteristic resources in mountainous areas is a solid foundation for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the overall revitalization of rural areas. The analysis of the development problems and solutions of the characteristic agricultural products in mountainous areas of Fujian Province is helpful to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in mountainous areas of Fujian Province, and promote the steady and sustainable development of rural revitalization.
      Methods/Procedures  By taking Mingxi Yam, a characteristic agricultural product in the mountainous area of Fujian, as the research object, the field research method was used to comprehensively analyze the status quo of the industry and the influencing factors of industrial development, and the countermeasures for its industrial development were put forward.
      Results/Conclusions  The study found that with the improvement of the competitive advantage of the county industry, the foundation of industrial development has been consolidated, the quality and driving force of industrial development have been enhanced, the supply capacity of improved varieties and the level of scientific and technological development have been improved, and the industry of yam has got a rapid development. However, there were still some existing problems such as the backward traditional cultivation and management methods, the narrow, short and broken whole industry chain of yam, untight interest linkage mechanism, imperfect marketing mechanism, and low brand recognition. Based on these, the countermeasures were put forward including improving the quality of industrial development to clear the development orientation, improving the industrial interest linkage mechanism, enhancing the demonstration-promotion ability of leading enterprises, speeding up the market circulation and promoting the brand construction of agricultural products, etc.
