乡村水系生态治理与景观建设初探——以漳州石亭恒坑溪为例

Study on Ecological Governance and Landscape Construction of Rural River System——A Case Study of Hengkeng Stream in Shiting Town of Zhangzhou

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】水环境整治和水系景观建设已成为乡村生态环境建设的重要内容,探究乡村水系生态治理与景观建设方法有助于解决乡村突出的水环境问题,改善乡村人居环境质量。【方法/过程】以漳州石亭镇恒坑溪为例,通过实地调研和水质检测获取其水系治理现状和水质情况,围绕水系调查结论,运用文献资料法、案例借鉴法、专家咨询法,探索构建恒坑溪水系生态治理与景观建设相结合的综合治理方案。【结果/结论】研究发现,恒坑溪水系水质排放不达标,现有的处理设施处理效果较差。据此提出恒坑溪水系的生态治理综合方案,包括:截污纳管、提标改造、应急处理、景观生态补水等。方案做到生态治理与修复并重,并能将处理后的尾水,用于水培公园的生态补给水,重新再利用;同时结合治理水系的环境景观建设,达到综合治理的目的。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】Nowadays, the water environment improvement and river system landscape construction have become an important part of rural ecological environment construction. Exploring the methods of rural river system ecological governance and landscape construction would be helpful to solve the prominent water environment problems in rural areas and improve the quality of rural living environment. 【Methods/Procedures】 By taking Hengkeng Stream in Shiting Town of Zhangzhou City as an example, the current situation of river system governance and water quality was obtained through the field investigation and water quality testing. Based on the conclusion of river system investigation, by using the methods of literature, case study and expert consultation, the comprehensive treatment scheme which combined the river system ecological management and landscape construction of Hengkeng Stream was explored. 【Results /Conclusion】 It was found that the water quality discharge of Hengkeng river system was not up to the standard and the treatment effect of the existing treatment facilities was poor. According to this, the comprehensive ecological management scheme of Hengkeng river system was put forward, including the sewage interception, upgrading and reconstruction, emergency treatment, and landscape ecological water supplement, etc. The scheme paid equal attention to the ecological governance and restoration, and the treated tail water could be used as the ecological supplemental water for hydroponic parks and be reused. At the same time, by combining with the environmental landscape construction of the river system of governance, the purpose of comprehensive treatment could be achieved.
