Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】Through the research on the promotion of discourse power of the supply chain of food cold chain in Shandong Peninsula, it provides important theoretical support for its high-quality and high-level development and its radiating to the Yellow River Basin in order to promote the overall economy.【Methods/Procedures】In view of the unique regional advantages of Shandong Peninsula in Blue and Yellow Areas and the condition of large and strong province in the production and sales of agricultural products, the basic situation and development mode of the supply chain of food cold chain in Shandong Peninsula were firstly analyzed. Then, the measurement indexes of discourse power were selected, and the empirical analysis was made on 5 representative enterprises in Blue and Yellow Areas based on the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. 【Results/Conclusions】The research showed that: there was no great difference in the discourse power of the supply chain of food cold chain in Blue and Yellow Areas of Shandong Peninsula, and both of them were at the medium level. The level of innovation, flexibility, extensibility, sharing degree and correlation degree of the supply chain of food cold chain needed to be improved. Based on the research results, the countermeasures and suggestions for constructing the discourse power of the supply chain of food cold chain in the central urban agglomeration of Shandong Peninsula were put forward from five aspects, including driving the intelligent development by innovation, enhancing the flexibility, improving the extensibility, promoting the sharing capacity and optimizing the collaborative mechanism to enhance the degree of association.
