四川省农业资源配置效率评价及其优化探析

Evaluation and Optimization of Agricultural Resource Allocation Efficiency in Sichuan Province

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】在人多地少的条件下,探索如何提高农业资源配置效率可以为其他地区提供有益参考和借鉴,也可以促进四川省农业又好又快发展。【方法/过程】利用DEA-BCC模型对四川省五大区域21个地市州的农业资源配置效率利用情况进行实证研究,并进行了相应的优化分析。【结果/结论】四川省农业技术资源配置效率整体发展水平较好,但纯技术效率的平均值存在发展不平衡的现象;生产要素在各地区的资源投入中存在不同程度的冗余,存在较大调整的可能性和空间。因此,应进一步提升农业科技创新水平,补齐发展技术短板,强化区域农业发展的特色,促进一二三区域新兴产业的融合,且应把川东北作为重点农业技术攻坚地区。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】Under the conditions of large population and small land, exploring how to improve the efficiency of agricultural resource allocation can provide useful reference and reference for other regions, and can also promote the sound and rapid development of Sichuan agriculture. 【Methods/Procedures】The DEA-BCC model was used to conduct an empirical research on the utilization of agricultural resource allocation efficiency in 21 cities and prefectures in the five regions of Sichuan Province, and the corresponding optimized analysis was carried out. 【Results/Conclusions】At present, the overall development level of agricultural technological resource allocation efficiency in Sichuan Province was relatively good, but the average value of pure technical efficiency was unbalanced; the production factors have varying degrees of redundancy in the resource input of various regions, and there is Possibility and space for larger adjustments. Therefore, the countermeasures were put forward including further improving the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, making up for the shortcomings of develop technology, strengthening the characteristics of regional agricultural development, and promoting the integration of emerging industries in the primary secondary and tertiary regions, and the northeast of Sichuan should be regarded as the key agricultural technology area.
