Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】As a new type of agricultural management subject, the family farm is an important path to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Through exploring the innovative development of the management subject of the family farm industrial chain, a symbiotic network organization system of family farms was constructed, so as to realize the balance of interests among the subjects of the family farm industria chain and boost the strategy of rural revitalization.【Methods/Procedures】The methods of literature research and qualitative research were used in this paper.Based on the in-depth analysis of the research status of family farms at home and abroad, a vertical linkage model of family farms dominated by the value chain was constructed from the perspective of interest balance and guided by the symbiosis theory.【Results/Conclusions】The analysis showed that there were a series of problems in the management process of family farm, such as the unbalanced distribution of interests among the subjects, poor infrastructure, weak symbiosis consciousness, asymmetric information communication and a lack of professional and technical personnel.In view of the above situation, it was suggested that it was necessary to build the community of shared interest of the subjects of the family farm industrial chain, construct the coordination mechanism, contract mechanism and incentive mechanism, develop the compound link of “factor linkage + benefit linkage + social relationship linkage”, and create the symbiotic environment of “multi-win and win-win”, thus to promote the orderly and stable development of the family farm.
