Abstract:
【Objective/Meaning】 The operation mechanism of typical S&T project management agencies in developed countries was analyzed in this paper,in order to provide experience and enlightenment for improving the operation efficiency and project management level of professional agencies in Guangxi. 【Methods/Procedures】 Based on the literature analysis method,the operation mechanisms of typical professional agencies in the developed countries such as USA,UK and Germany were analyzed and summarized in terms of the institutional responsibility,internal institutional management model,project management model and supervision model. 【Results/Conclusions】 By learning from the successful experience of developed countries,Guangxi should improve the operational efficiency and project management ability of professional agencies by improving their independence,enhancing their specialization and pertinence,optimizing their organizational structure,perfecting their market mechanism and evaluation mechanism,and promoting their coordination.
