Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】 The development status of Fujian Free Trade Zone was summarized and the strategies for the construction of Free Trade Zone were explored,in order to better promote the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone.【Methods/Procedures】The background of the establishment of Fujian Free Trade Zone was expounded. Then,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone were analyzed by SWOT analysis. Last,the specific countermeasures were put forward based on this. 【Results/Conclusions】 Through the SWOT analysis,the countermeasures for the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone were put forward from four aspects of “S + O”strategy,“S + T”strategy,“W + O”strategy and“W + T”strategy,including making full use of its own advantages,optimizing the pattern of opening to the outside world,strengthening the regional classification guidance,optimizing the industrial structure,optimizing the talent introduction and service system,strengthening the regional cooperation,avoiding the vicious competition,transforming the government function,and encouraging the innovation of enterprises and so on,so as to provide references for further promoting the development of Fujian Free Trade Zone.
