闽台农产品电子商务发展的现状、制约与策略分析

Analysis on the Present Situation,Restricting Factors and Strategy of the Development of E-commerce of Agricultural Products in Fujian and Taiwan

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】构建闽台农产品电子商务新模式,为加强两岸农产品电子商务发展提供建议。【方法/过程】在研究闽台农产品电子商务相关文献的基础上,分析制约闽台农产品电子商务发展的因素,提出闽台农产品电子商务的发展策略。【结果/结论】研究结果显示,现阶段两岸滞后的农产品电子商务发展不利于闽台农产品贸易的扩大,闽台农产品电子商务发展受标准化水平和设施建设水平的制约,缺乏完备的商务网站和管理人才;存在网络安全风险隐患;福建农民获取网络信息的能力较弱、缺乏农产品品牌营销意识,建议以海峡两岸农产品批发市场为基础建立电子商务平台,并从信息基础建设、完善电子商务诚信环境、提高电子商务市场监管和服务水平、加快农业电子商务人才培养、提升农民电子商务意识和加强两岸文化交流等方面提出对策建议。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】 The construction of the new mode of e-commerce for agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan would provide suggestions for strengthening the development of e-commerce for agricultural products across the Taiwan Straits. 【Methods/Procedures】 On the basis of studying the related literature on the e-commerce of agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan,the factors restricting the development of e-commerce for agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan were analyzed,and the development strategy for the e-commerce of agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan were put forward. 【Results/Conclusions】 The results showed that the backward development of e-commerce of agricultural products in Taiwan and Taiwan was not conducive to the expansion of agricultural products trade between Fujian and Taiwan; The development of e-commerce of agricultural products in Fujian and Taiwan was restricted by the level of standardization and the level of facility construction; There was a shortage of complete e-commerce websites and management talents,and there were hidden risks of network security; The farmers in Fujian had weak ability to obtain the network information and lacked the brand marketing awareness of agricultural products. It was suggested to establish an e-commerce platform based on the wholesale markets of agricultural products on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,and the countermeasures could be provided from the aspects including the construction of information infrastructure,improving the integrity environment of e-commerce,improving the supervision and service level of e-commerce market,accelerating the cultivation of agricultural e-commerce talents,enhancing the farmers' awareness of e-commerce and strengthening the cross-strait cultural exchanges.
