Abstract:
【Objective/Meaning】The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is increasingly prominent,and the shortage of water resources has become one of the main factors restricting the sustainable development of economy.This paper studies the matching degree between water resources and economic development in order to allocate water resources and economic development more reasonably.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the statistical data of Fujian Province in 2017,this paper constructs the regional Gini coefficient model by calculating the similar method of Gini coefficient,and describes Lorentz curve and calculates the Gini coefficient between the total amount of water resources utilization and regional GDP,agricultural water consumption and the value of the first industry,industrial water consumption and the value of the second industry,agricultural water consumption and cultivated land area in Fujian Province.This paper analyzes the matching degree between water resources utilization and regional economic development,water resources distribution among industries and cultivated land area in Fujian Province.【Results/Conclusions】The results show that:the total amount of water resources utilization is relatively matched with economic development;the distribution of water resources between water resources utilization and industries is relatively mismatched;the utilization of water resources is relatively matched with the area of cultivated land.
