Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】As the primary platform for Taiwan-funded enterprises and Taiwan farmers to invest in the Chinese mainland, Taiwan Innovation Park has opened up a new way for the cross-strait agricultural cooperation, and is an important support to promote the cross-strait agricultural cooperation. Therefore, from the perspective of financial support, the countermeasures for Taiwan Innovation Park to be built as the model carrier of first home for Taiwan-funded enterprises to land in were put forward. 【Methods/Procedures】By using the method of literature and field research, with building Fujian as the first home for Taiwan-funded enterprises to land in as the entry point of the study, the important role of Taiwan Innovation Park in building the first home for Taiwan-funded enterprises to land in Fujian and its practical exploration were analyzed. 【Results/Conclusions】 It was found that, in the model carrier of building Taiwan Innovation Park as the first home for Taiwan-funded enterprises to land in Fujian, the scale of the Innovation Park and the amount of investment from Taiwan were constantly expanding, and the agricultural docking and cooperation were actively carried out. However, in the production and operation, there was still the situation that the supply of financial service lagged behind the demand for financial service, which was mainly reflected in the problems such as the inconvenient capital exchange, the lack of effective collateral, the shortage of rural financial institutions, and the lag of financial service mechanism, etc. In view of the above problems, the countermeasures were put forward including innovating the mode of the cross-strait financial cooperation, creating the exclusive financial service channels, promoting the participation of Taiwan-funded enterprises and Taiwan farmers, and improving the service system, thus to explore the financial support path for building Taiwan Innovation Park as the first home sample for Taiwan-funded enterprises to land in Fujian.
