Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The countermeasures for promoting the transformation and development of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Fujian Province were discussed, in order to help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Fujian Province. 【Methods/Procedures】The causes of the low efficiency in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Fujian were analyzed by means of the literature research method and the summarized method, and the corresponding countermeasures were then put forward. 【Results/Conclusions】The research showed that the low efficiency of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Fujian was mainly due to the lack of funds, the lack of effective supply and the defects in the agricultural extension system. Therefore, Fujian should increase the financial input, improve the system of agricultural extension platform, rely on the intelligent agriculture to actively strive for the combination of the information technology and the transformation of agricultural science and technology.
