Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The scientific and technological support plays an important role in promoting the industrial poverty alleviation. So, the new way for Guangxi to help the industrial poverty alleviation with the scientific and technological support was explored, in order to provide the theoretical basis for Guangxi to strengthen the capacity of industrial poverty alleviation with scientific and technological support. 【Methods/Procedures】By starting from the significance of industrial poverty alleviation supported by science and technology, the main models of poverty alleviation by science and technology in Guangxi were introduced, and then the existing problems in the models were analyzed. Last, the path choice was analyzed according to the forward linkage and backward linkage of supply and demand among the main bodies of scientific and technological chains in combination with the transformation and promotion mechanism of scientific and technological achievements. 【Results/Conclusions】 By taking the scientific research institutions, agricultural technology enterprises, scientific special commissioner, poverty-stricken families, commercial enterprises and consumers as the main body, and through the transformation of scientific and technological support chain to the back end, the effective way to strengthen the industrial poverty alleviation with the scientific and technological support in Guangxi was constructed., which would not only be conducive to the introduction and application of advanced applicable technologies, but also help and support the development of advantageous characteristic industries in the poverty-stricken villages, thus to guide and drive the poor farmers to achieve the poverty alleviation.
