Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】It has become important subjects of current research on how to align the small-scale peasant economy with modern agriculture and how to realize the scale management.【Methods/Procedures】Through the case analysis method, the construction background, development idea, organizational structure and function, operating mechanism and main characteristics of the ecological bank in Shaowu City of Fujian Province were analyzed in this paper. Based on this, the role of the ecological bank in Shaowu City in the future development of county agriculture was explored. 【Results/Conclusions】 On the basis of gathering the resource elements in the county, the development mode of “platform+merchants+base+business entities” was adopted by taking the market as the leading, the platform as the medium, and the base as the foundation, which was beneficial to drive the surrounding other business entities to develop the production, thus to effectively realize the connection between small farmers and modern agriculture, achieve the agricultural scale management, promote the transformation and upgrading of the local agricultural industrial structure, and expand the value-added space of agriculture.
