Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The development experience of Miaoli tea industry in Taiwan was summarized and some inspirations were also obtained, so as to provide reference for the development of tea industry in Fujian with the similar resource endowment and industrial development.【Methods/Procedures】By using the methods of literature analysis and case analysis, the development situation, existing problems, transformation strategies and effects of Miaoli tea industry in Taiwan were summarized and analyzed.【Results/Conclusions】The research found that the path of the integrated transformation and development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries of Miaoli tea industry in Taiwan lay in promoting the industrial development through multiple participation, leading the industrial planning led by the community, strengthening the production foundation of tea planting, improving the organizational degree of tea industry, strengthening the farmers' skill training, improving the tea processing quality, exploring the connotation of tea culture, enhancing the brand value, and vigorously developing the leisure agriculture and rural tourism. These effective measures has vigorously promoted the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries of Miaoli tea industry and been worth learning from, and then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
