Comprehensive Evaluation of Ecological Carrying Capacity of Wuhu City

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】城市的可持续发展面临着环境污染、资源不足等问题,研究芜湖市生态承载力能够为其可持续发展提供数据参考与对策建议。【方法/过程】以芜湖市为研究对象,使用PSR模型构建弹性力、支撑力、压力3个子系统共26个指标的生态承载力评价体系,利用熵值法加权进行综合评价,并用障碍度模型揭示其障碍因子。【结果/结论】研究表明:芜湖市2008-2017年生态承载力指数呈不断上升趋势,承载力水平由低承载上升到较高承载;其中,弹性力子系统波动很大,弹性力水平在高、低、中稳定之间波动;支持力子系统经历从低支撑-中支撑-较强支撑-强支撑的演变过程;压力子系统经历较高压-中压-较低压-低压的演变过程;根据障碍度分析,第三产业比重、人均水资源量占有、环保投入力度等7个指标为制约生态承载力的主要因素,进而提出对策建议。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The urban sustainable development is faced with such problems as environmental pollution and resource shortage.The comprehensive evaluation of urban ecological carrying capacity is conducive to promoting the sustainable development.So,the study of Wuhu's ecological carrying capacity can provide data reference and countermeasures for its sustainable development.【Methods/Procedures】Taking Wuhu City as the research object,the PSR model was used to construct an evaluation system of ecological carrying capacity with 26 indicators in three subsystems of elastic force,supporting force and pressure.The entropy method was used to make the comprehensive evaluation and the obstacle factor was revealed by the obstacle degree model.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the ecological carrying capacity index of Wuhu City from 2008 to 2017 showed an increasing trend,with the level of carrying capacity rising from low to high.Among them,the subsystem of elastic force fluctuated greatly,and the level of elastic force fluctuated between high,low and medium stability.The subsystem of supporting force underwent the evolution process from low support to middle support to higher support to high support.The subsystem of pressure experienced the evolution process of higher pressure,medium pressure,lower pressure and low pressure.According to the analysis of obstacle degree,the 7 indicators including the proportion of tertiary industry,per capita water resources and the intensity of environmental protection input were the main factors restricting the ecological carrying capacity.And then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
