Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】In the context of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,in order to control rural environmental pollution,strengthen the construction of rural ecological civilization,and promote rural modernization,the influencing factors of public participation in rural environmental governance were analyzed,thus to improve the public's willingness to participate in environmental governance.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the data collected by the special research group on rural environment at the fixed observation points in rural areas of Fujian Province,the logistic regression equation was established to analyze the impact of farmers' willingness to participate on environmental governance.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the institutional construction,social capital and behavior had significant influence on farmers' public participation in environmental protection,therefore,the awareness of public participation in environmental governance could be enhanced and the system of public participation could be improved by improving the education system,cultivating social capital,expanding public participation right,and strengthening the environmental protection legislation.
