Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】The analysis on poverty alleviation models in the mountainous counties of Ningde City was conducive to the formation of a benign operational mechanism of poverty alleviation, the establishment of endogenous strength of targeted poverty alleviation, and the improvement of poverty alleviation effects, so as to provide reference for other regions. 【Methods/Procedures】Based on the survey data of 503 poverty-stricken families in 140 poverty-stricken villages in the mountainous counties of Ningde City, the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was applied to analyze the effects and deficiencies of poverty alleviation models in the research areas. 【Results/Conclusions】According to the results of effectiveness analysis, the countermeasures were put forward from three aspects including establishing the poor family educational security system, strengthening the training of familial responsibility consciousness, and improving various poverty alleviation measures, thus to optimize the models of targeted poverty alleviation.
