基于PEST分析法的安溪茶产业绿色化转型宏观环境分析

Macro Environmental Analysis on Green Transformation of Tea Industry in Anxi County Based on PEST Analysis

  • 摘要: 【目的/意义】近年来,绿色发展新理念及生态文明建设受到党中央的高度重视。安溪县作为全国的产茶大县,在茶业经济发展新常态下,探讨其绿色化转型对策,对解决安溪茶产业永续发展具有重要意义。【方法/过程】运用PEST分析法对影响安溪茶产业绿色化转型的政治环境因素、经济环境因素、社会环境因素和技术因素进行详细分析。【结果/结论】得出结论,安溪县政府应通过完善制度设计,强化茶产业绿色化转型制度保障;加快技术创新,提高茶产业绿色化转型的内驱动力;加强主体建设,提升茶产业绿色化转型实施能力;强化市场导向,夯实绿色茶产品消费的群众基础这四个方面进行安溪茶产业改造提升。

     

    Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】In recent years, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the new concept of green development and the construction of ecological civilization. As Anxi County is a major tea-producing county in China, under the new normal of tea economic development, the countermeasures of green transformation were discussed to solve the key problem of sustainable development of tea industry in Anxi.【Methods/Procedures】The method of PEST analysis was used to analyze the political environmental factors, economic environmental factors, social environmental factors and technical factors that influenced the green transformation of tea industry in Anxi.【Results/Conclusions】It was concluded that the government of Anxi County should strengthen the system guarantee of green transformation of tea industry by perfecting the system design, improve the internal driving force of green transformation of tea industry by accelerating technological innovation; improve the implementation capacity of green transformation of tea industry by strengthening the main construction; tamp the mass base of green tea product consumption by strengthening the market orientation, thus to carry out the transformation and upgrading of tea industry in Anxi County.
