Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】Under the guidance of the strategic decision of rural revitalization, the exploration of rural human settlement environment was carried out in various regions. And the study on the rural landscape construction model under the “five-in-one” linkage of Yinglin Town in Jinjiang City provided reference for the construction of beautiful countryside in the new era.【Methods/Procedures】The dilemma of rural landscapes was analyzed by means of investigation, field visit and literature analysis. And by taking Yinglin Town of Jinjiang City as an example, the “five-in-one” rural landscape construction model was analyzed and the existing problems of the model were summarized. Then, the improvement measures were further put forward.【Results/Conclusions】Although the “five-in-one” rural landscape construction model could effectively improve the initiative of villagers to participate in rural governance and construction, and achieve the goal of improving rural living environment, there were still some deficiencies in the aspects such as target construction, operations management and so on. Therefore, under the basic framework of “five-in-one” linkage mode, the countermeasures were put forward including clearing construction objectives, differentiating landscape development, encouraging extensive participation, combining villager self-governance with government guidance; enhancing the post-maintenance, setting up the management group and so on.
