Abstract: 【Objective/Meaning】By exploring the current situation of toilet revolution in rural areas of Luoyang City, the improvement measures and suggestions were put forward for the existing problems, so as to improve the weak links that affect the farmers' quality of life, promote the construction of rural ecological civilization and the rapid implementation of rural revitalization strategy.【Methods/Producers】By carrying on the investigation through the stratified sampling and random sampling, and using the qualitative and quantitative research methods, the present situation and existing problems of toilet revolution in rural areas of Luoyang City were discussed, thus to provide enlightenment for the toilet revolution in rural revitalization. 【Results/Conclusions】The study found that there were some existing problems in Luoyang such as the unbalanced development of urban and rural toilet revolution, insufficient financial input, lack of unified leadership, and inadequate publicity, etc. Then, the countermeasures were put forward including working collaboratively to make concerted efforts for the toilet revolution in urban and rural areas, carrying on sufficient publicity, and adopting multi-measures, etc.
