推进闽台农业深度融合发展的机制创新思考——以清流县国家级台湾农民创业园为例

Mechanism Innovation on the Deep Integration Development of Agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan——Taking Qingliu National Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park as an Example

目的/意义
清流县国家级台湾农民创业园在创新两岸农业交流合作向宽领域、高层次、纵深化发展方面取得了较好的效果，对其发展成效的梳理，有益于为推进闽台农业深度融合发展提供思路。
方法/过程
采用实地考察调研、文献分析等方法，对清流县国家级台湾农民创业园的发展现状、存在问题进行总结与分析。
结果/结论
以清流台湾农民创业园为例，从文化交流、经贸合作、招商引资、招才引智、要素保障、法制帮扶等方面，提出探讨推进闽台农业深度融合发展的机制。

Abstract:
Objective/Meaning
Qingliu National Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park has achieved good results in innovating communication and cooperation of cross-straits agricultural to a wide range, a high level and a vertical deepening development.
Methods/Procedures
The development status and existing problems of Qingliu National Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park were summarized and analyzed by means of field investigation and literature analysis.
Results/Conclusions
Taking Qingliu Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park as an example, this paper puts forward the mechanism of promoting the deep integration of agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan from the aspects of cultural exchange, economic and trade cooperation, investment attraction, talent attraction, factor guarantee and legal assistance.
