海口市与文昌市热带风暴潮灾害影响区划分析

Analysis of Tropical Storm Surge Disaster Affected Areas in Haikou and Wenchang City

  • 摘要: 目的/意义由强热带气旋活动引起的风暴潮增水现象,给海南岛尤其是海南东北部带来了巨大的灾害,因此探究风暴潮对不同区域的影响,可减轻风暴潮所带来的危害。方法/过程以海口和文昌市为研究区域,针对其多年台风引起的风暴潮增水现象进行研究,根据风暴增水的水位变化、沿海地形地势、人口和社会经济状况等指标,利用GIS技术,对研究区进行风暴潮灾害影响区划。结果/结论结果表明:海拔越低越易受到风暴潮的影响;研究区的海湾地区更易发生风暴潮增水现象;人口密集地区易受到风暴潮灾害的影响;风暴潮灾害对经济较发达地区造成的损失更大。

     

    Abstract: Objective/MeaningThe phenomenon of storm surge water increasing caused by strong tropical cyclone activities have brought great disasters to Hainan Island, especially to the northeast of Hainan. This paper explored the impact of storm surge on different regions to alleviate the harm caused by storm surge.Methods/ProceduresTaking Haikou and Wenchang City as the research area, this paper had studied the storm surge water-increasing phenomenon caused by typhoons for many years. According to the indexes of storm surge water level changing, coastal topography, population and socio-economic situation, the study area was divided into storm surge disaster impact zones by using GIS technology.Results/ConclusionsThe results showed that:the lower the altitude, the more vulnerable to storm surge; the gulf area in the study was more vulnerable to storm surge flooding; the densely populated areas were vulnerable to storm surge disaster; the storm surge disaster caused greater losses in economically developed areas.
